Logic Pro X Price
- Logic Pro X's Smart Controls can be controlled from Mixer mode; The Shift+Page button will open the Smart Control Window; Pots control Smart Controls 1-8; Faders 1-4 control Smart Controls 9-12; SOFT-TAKEOVER/PICKUP MODE. Logic features a Pickup Mode which can be switched on or off.
- If you plan on recording audio from a microphone or an instrument, you'll need a way to get the audio into Logic Pro. Your Mac probably has a built-in line in or microphone. Although these may work in a pinch, professional recordings need higher-quality input devices. The documentation of most professional hardware will show you.
- Click the Import button. Note: If accessing the settings from the Browser tab, you also need to click the Import Settings button, which appears after you click the Import button. In the Import Settings window, select the Score Sets checkbox (and deselect all other settings that you don't want to import). Click the Import button.

Logic Pro X Software
It's a feature in Logic allowing to play that track as well when another one is solo'ed. You probably noticed there's a klopfgeist inst also like this (it plays the metronome). Just ctrl click it again (or is it cmd click) and it won't play when a track is solo'ed.
